Credits, renewals, switching and cancelling — answered without a sales call.
What does one credit buy?
Credits are the single meter for everything the agent does — writing, images and video. Three examples, taken from the model catalog:
- One image with Seedream 5 Flash (the default image model): 5 credits.
- Five seconds of video with Wan 3.0 (the cheapest video model): 110 credits.
- One model call on DeepSeek V4.1 Flash — roughly 10,000 tokens in and 1,000 out: 1 credit. A chat turn is normally two or three calls, so 2–3 credits per turn.
For scale: Starter's 1,000 credits is roughly 200 images or 9 five-second Wan 3.0 clips.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Plan credits are granted at the start of each monthly window and the balance resets when the next window begins, so unused credits expire instead of piling up. That holds on yearly billing too: yearly plans still receive their allowance every month. The one exception is the welcome balance of a new account, which carries into the first paid month. When a subscription ends, the remaining plan credits end with it.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from Account → Subscription. Upgrades apply immediately and add the credit difference for the current month. Downgrades leave the credits you already have for this month in place, and the lower allowance starts with the next refill. The price difference is prorated on your next invoice, so you don't pay twice for the same days.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks: Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, nothing renews, and you get a cancellation reference on screen.
If you can't sign in, use the public cancellation page — it works without an account and returns the same kind of reference.
What about refunds and the EU 14-day right?
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK can withdraw within 14 days of the first payment. Because you ask us to start immediately, you pay for what you used — the greater of the time elapsed or the credits used — and the rest is refunded. Outside that window, the Refund & Cancellation policy sets out what we refund and when.
Is my payment secure?
Payments run through Stripe's hosted checkout. Card details go straight to Stripe and Feeverso never sees or stores them; we keep only the subscription state Stripe reports — plan, billing period and renewal date — so the app knows what your account can use.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the card and your plan stays available while it does. Credits don't refill until a payment succeeds. If the retries stop and the subscription ends, the remaining plan credits expire with it.
Cancelling shouldn't need a phone call.
