Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains how to cancel your Feeverso subscription, what happens after you cancel, when we refund payments, and how consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK can exercise their right of withdrawal. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law.

Feeverso is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] [LEGAL FORM], [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTAL CODE] [CITY], [COUNTRY] ("Feeverso", "we", "us"). You can contact us at support@feeverso.example.

1. The short version

  • You can cancel at any time, online, in two clicks. Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription. You do not need to call us, chat with us or give a reason.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then you keep full access and any remaining credits.
  • We do not charge you again after you cancel. There is no cancellation fee.
  • Plan credits are not refundable and do not roll over. They expire at the end of each monthly credit window.
  • Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you withdraw in time, you pay only for the service you actually received and we refund the rest.
  • If we charged you twice or made a billing mistake, we refund it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.

2. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to every paid Feeverso plan: Starter at $19 per month or $190 per year, Growth at $49 per month or $490 per year, and Scale at $129 per month or $1,290 per year. Prices are in US dollars and taxes may apply depending on where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach our servers.

If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country apply to you. If you buy Feeverso for a business, this policy and our Terms of Service apply, but statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not.

3. How to cancel your subscription

3.1 In your account (two clicks)

  1. Sign in to Feeverso.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Open Subscription.
  4. Select Cancel subscription.
  5. Select Confirm.

Your cancellation is recorded immediately and the screen shows the date on which your access ends. There is no phone call, no chat queue, no retention offer you have to decline, and no cancellation fee.

3.2 Without signing in (public cancellation page)

If you cannot sign in, open the public page at /cancel ("Cancel your contract"). It works without a login and asks for:

  • your name;
  • the email address of your Feeverso account;
  • optionally, a contract reference (your account or invoice number);
  • whether you want an ordinary or an extraordinary cancellation;
  • optionally, a reason.

We match the request to your account and process it. If we cannot identify your contract from the details you provide, the page tells you what to send to support@feeverso.example so that we can match the request.

3.3 Cancellation button for consumers in Germany

For contracts concluded online with consumers in Germany, we provide a cancellation button as required by § 312k of the German Civil Code (BGB). The /cancel page is that button. It is permanently available, clearly labelled "Cancel your contract", and asks only for the details needed to identify the contract.

4. What happens after you cancel

  • Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. You are not cut off on the day you cancel.
  • Your remaining plan credits stay usable until that date. They expire when the paid period ends and cannot be transferred or paid out.
  • No further charges. Your subscription is not renewed and your payment method is not charged again.
  • You receive an on-screen confirmation immediately, with a reference number and a timestamp. Feeverso does not send emails in this version, so please download or print the confirmation and keep it. The public /cancel page shows the same confirmation at the end of the process.
  • You can undo the cancellation at any time before the paid period ends. Open Account → Subscription and reactivate the plan. If you do not, the subscription ends on the date shown and your account stays open with free access.
  • Your content stays in your account. Brand kits, conversations, uploads and generated files remain available until you delete your account (section 16).

5. Yearly plans

A yearly plan is paid once for twelve months. You receive your plan credits in monthly windows (1,000, 4,000 or 12,000 credits per window, depending on your plan), and unused credits expire at the end of each window.

You can cancel a yearly plan at any time using the same steps as a monthly plan. Cancellation stops the next yearly renewal; it does not shorten the year you have already paid for, and the unused part of that year is not refunded, except where the law requires it (withdrawal, billing error or duplicate charge).

6. Changing your plan

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge the prorated difference for the remaining days of the current period and top up your credits immediately by the difference between the two plans.
  • Downgrades and changes between monthly and yearly billing take effect immediately and are prorated. The unused value of your current plan is applied to the new plan.
  • Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance in the app and apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Changing plans is not a refund. Credits you have already used are not restored, and credits that are removed because of a downgrade are not refunded in cash.

7. Credits: no cash value, no rollover, no refund

Plan credits are granted every month. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of the monthly window in which they were granted and are not carried into the next month.

Text generation costs credits based on actual model usage. Images cost a fixed number of credits per image. Videos cost credits per second. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded to your balance automatically. Credits cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or recovered after they expire.

8. Free trial credits

New accounts receive 50 one-time free trial credits, with no card required. They have no cash value, are not refundable and are consumed in the same way as plan credits. We may change or end the free trial offer at any time, but we will not take back credits already granted to you.

9. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK)

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving a reason and without penalty.

The service starts immediately. When you subscribe, you expressly ask us to begin providing the service at once, before the 14-day period has expired. For that reason you do not receive the full fee back if you have already used the service: you pay a proportionate amount for what you received and we refund the rest. This reflects Article 14(3) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK rules.

You do not have to use a specific form to withdraw. A model form is provided in section 12. A clear statement is enough.

Where a renewal of your subscription counts as a new distance contract under the law that applies to you, the same 14-day right applies to that renewal.

10. How much you get back if you withdraw

We calculate the proportionate amount on the greater of:

  • (a) the share of the paid period that has elapsed when you withdraw; and
  • (b) the share of the credits included in that period that you have used.

We then refund the difference between the fee you paid and that proportionate amount.

For a monthly plan, the period is the current month and the included credits are that month's grant. For a yearly plan, the period is the full year and the included credits are the twelve monthly grants combined.

ExampleCalculationResult
Growth monthly, $49, 4,000 credits. Withdraw on day 3 of 30, 300 credits used.Period elapsed 10%; credits used 7.5%. We use 10%.We keep $4.90, refund $44.10
Growth monthly, $49, 4,000 credits. Withdraw on day 2, 3,900 credits used.Period elapsed 6.7%; credits used 97.5%. We use 97.5%.We keep $47.78, refund $1.22
Starter yearly, $190, 12,000 credits for the year. Withdraw on day 20 of 365, 350 credits used.Period elapsed 5.5%; credits used 2.9%. We use 5.5%.We keep $10.41, refund $179.59

If the proportionate amount equals or exceeds the fee you paid — for example because you used all the credits in the first days — no refund is due, and we will not charge you more than the fee you already paid.

11. How to exercise your withdrawal right

You can withdraw in any of these ways:

  • Public /cancel page. Open /cancel and choose "Withdrawal" as the type of cancellation. Enter your name, your account email, the optional contract reference and an optional reason. You will see an on-screen confirmation with a reference number and timestamp, which you can download or print.
  • Email to support@feeverso.example. Send a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. You can copy the model form in section 12. Sending the message before the 14 days expire is enough; keep a copy or a sent-mail record.
  • In your account. Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription also lets you record a withdrawal.

We acknowledge receipt without undue delay: on screen if you used the /cancel page or your account, and by reply if you wrote to us. We pay refunds within 14 days of your withdrawal (section 15). When your withdrawal is processed, your paid access ends and you should stop using the service.

12. Model withdrawal form

You can copy this text into an email to support@feeverso.example, or send it on paper. You do not have to use this form.

To: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] [LEGAL FORM], [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTAL CODE] [CITY], [COUNTRY], support@feeverso.example

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: Feeverso subscription — [plan and billing period, for example Growth, monthly].

Ordered on: [date] / received on: [date]

Contract or account reference (if available): [reference]

Name of consumer: [your name]

Address of consumer: [your address]

Date: [date]

Signature (only if you send this form on paper): ______________________

13. Refunds for billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, charged for the wrong plan or amount, or charged after a price change you did not accept, contact us at support@feeverso.example. We check the payment records and refund the incorrect amount in full to the original payment method.

Please include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, the last four digits of the card (never the full card number) and any invoice or confirmation reference. Reporting within 60 days helps us investigate; this does not shorten any statutory period.

If you do not recognise a charge, tell us immediately. If you think someone accessed your account without permission, change your password and contact us. Where a charge was not validly authorised, we refund it.

14. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before you ask your bank or card issuer for a chargeback. Most billing questions are resolved the same day.

If you open a chargeback, we respond with the billing records, the consent you gave at checkout and the cancellation history. While a dispute is open we may suspend the subscription and the related credits. A chargeback does not limit any right you have under mandatory law, and if the dispute is decided in your favour we do not bill the same amount again. If it is decided in our favour, the charge stands and you can still ask us to review the case.

15. How and when we pay refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method. We cannot pay a different card or bank account, except where the original method no longer exists and the law permits another method.
  • We process refunds within 14 days of your withdrawal or of our decision to refund. Your bank may need a few more days to show the credit.
  • We refund in US dollars, the currency you paid in. Exchange-rate differences and fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
  • There is no refund fee. We do not deduct card-processing fees from a statutory refund.
  • Taxes are refunded with the amount they relate to. Where tax has already been remitted, we reverse it.
  • If your payment method has expired, we contact you to arrange an alternative.

16. Deleting your account is different from cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your account, brand kits, conversations, uploads and generated files stay available until the end of the paid period.

Deleting your account is permanent. Go to Account → Delete account and confirm with your password. Deletion cancels any subscription immediately, and there is no refund for the remaining paid period unless the law requires one. It deletes your brand kits, conversations, uploads and generated files. Billing records and the compliance audit trail (consents, cancellations, deletions) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

If you want a copy of your data, use Account → Export my data (JSON) before you delete. You can also cancel now and delete later.

17. Contact us

[COMPANY LEGAL NAME] [LEGAL FORM], [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTAL CODE] [CITY], [COUNTRY]. Email: support@feeverso.example. We answer billing questions in English, usually within two business days. Please include your account email and the reference from your confirmation.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local consumer protection authority or, where the law allows, go to court.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. We announce material changes in the app at least 30 days before they apply to your subscription, and you can cancel before they take effect. The version in force when you bought a plan governs that purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
