1. Who we are
Feeverso is an AI marketing service operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], a [LEGAL FORM] with its registered address at [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTAL CODE] [CITY], [COUNTRY].
- Registration number: [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER] ([COMMERCIAL REGISTRY / COURT])
- VAT ID: [VAT ID]
- Represented by: [LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE — NAME, TITLE]
- Contact: support@feeverso.example — phone: [PHONE NUMBER]
In these Terms, "Feeverso", "we", "us" and "our" mean [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. "You" means the person or organisation that uses the Service.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes the company.
If you are a consumer, you have rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
3. The Service and its AI nature
Feeverso is a web application with an AI marketing agent (chat), a Studio of templates, and a media generator. It writes marketing copy and generates images and short videos. Text models are accessed through OpenRouter, Inc., which routes requests to model providers such as DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Image and video models are accessed through Atlas Cloud.
The Service uses generative AI. Outputs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee any particular result, reach, conversion or income.
We may change, add or remove features, including beta features. We do not promise that the Service will always be available or error-free.
4. Accounts and security
You create an account with an email address and a password. Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly at support@feeverso.example if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are personal. Do not share your login credentials or let other people use your account.
This version of the Service does not send emails. Confirmations and notices, including cancellation confirmations, are shown on screen and can be downloaded or printed. Check the app for messages about your account.
5. Plans, credits and usage
Plans and prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes:
| Plan | Monthly credits | Monthly price | Yearly price (per year) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1,000 | $19 | $190 |
| Growth | 4,000 | $49 | $490 |
| Scale | 12,000 | $129 | $1,290 |
Credits are granted every month. On yearly plans, credits are also granted in monthly windows. Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly window and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are non-refundable.
Text costs credits based on actual model usage. Images cost a fixed number of credits per image. Videos cost credits per second. Credit costs are shown in the app; for text, the final cost depends on the model usage of your request. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically.
New accounts receive 50 one-time free trial credits, with no card required (see section 11). Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra trial credits is a breach of these Terms and of the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Billing and automatic renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never touch our servers.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly — at the then-current price, until you cancel. Before you purchase, we show you the price, the billing interval, the renewal terms and how to cancel, and you must tick a box to confirm. The renewal charge is taken from the payment method on file. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend the subscription until payment succeeds.
Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge a prorated amount for the rest of the period and top up your credits immediately for the difference in plan. Downgrades and changes between monthly and yearly billing also take effect immediately, with proration.
7. Price changes
We may change our prices. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance in the app, and a new price applies from your next renewal, not retroactively. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect. Your subscription then ends at the end of the period you have already paid for.
8. Taxes
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes. We may add VAT, GST, sales tax or similar taxes where the law requires, based on the billing details you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details accurate and for any taxes that apply to you.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, online, in two clicks: Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription. There is no phone call, no chat and no retention maze.
You can also use the public page at /cancel ("Cancel your contract") without logging in. It asks for your name, email, an optional contract reference, whether you want an ordinary or extraordinary cancellation, and an optional reason.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Until then, you keep access and your remaining credits. You will not be charged again. If you cancel after a renewal charge, the cancellation applies to the period you have just paid for.
You receive an immediate on-screen confirmation with a reference number and timestamp, which you can download or print. We do not send this confirmation by email. You can undo a scheduled cancellation before the period ends.
10. Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal
Fees are non-refundable except in the cases below. Full details are on /legal/refunds.
(a) EU/EEA and UK consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Because the Service starts immediately at your express request, you pay a proportionate amount for the Service provided until you withdraw. We calculate that amount on the greater of (i) the share of the billing period that has elapsed or (ii) the share of included credits you have used. We refund the rest.
(b) We refund where the law requires it.
(c) We refund duplicate charges and billing errors.
You can withdraw through /cancel by choosing "Withdrawal", or by email to support@feeverso.example. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.
11. Free trial credits
New accounts get 50 one-time free trial credits, with no card required, so you can test the Service before paying. We may change or end the free trial offer at any time, but that does not affect credits already granted. Trial credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are non-refundable. They may be used only on the account that received them, and the Acceptable Use Policy applies to them.
12. Your content and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of the content you upload or enter — brand kits, briefs, prompts, images and other materials ("Your Content"). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to operate, provide and protect the Service, including sending it to our processors to generate outputs. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for backups that are purged within 30 days and records we must keep by law.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload Your Content and to use it with the Service.
We do not train AI models on your content.
13. AI outputs and ownership
As between you and us, you own your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. We claim no ownership of outputs. We keep only the licence described in section 12, which covers operating, providing and protecting the Service.
Outputs may not be unique. Other users may receive similar or identical outputs, and we do not guarantee that outputs are original or that they do not infringe third-party rights.
You must review outputs before publishing, especially claims, prices, and legal, health or financial statements. You are responsible for complying with advertising law and platform rules, and for disclosing AI-generated content where required — for example, EU AI Act transparency duties for deep fakes and platform AI labels. Outputs are not professional advice.
More on permitted and prohibited uses is in /legal/ai-policy.
14. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our /legal/acceptable-use policy. That policy prohibits illegal content, child sexual abuse material, sexual content, hate and harassment, violence, deceptive marketing, abuse involving regulated goods, spam, intellectual property infringement and security abuse, among other things. A breach of that policy is a breach of these Terms.
15. Third-party services
We rely on third parties: Stripe for payments, OpenRouter, Inc. and the model providers it routes to for text generation, Atlas Cloud for image and video generation, and [HOSTING PROVIDER — NAME AND ADDRESS] for hosting. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability. Some of them are outside the EEA; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
We are not responsible for third-party services, but this does not limit our responsibility to you where the law does not allow us to exclude it, including for our choice and instruction of processors.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we must do so by law, if your payment fails and is not cured, or if your use creates a security or legal risk. For serious breaches — especially illegal content or child sexual abuse material — we may act immediately.
Where it is reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue. If we terminate for your breach, you remain responsible for fees for the period before termination, and prepaid fees for the remaining period are not refunded unless the law requires.
You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law — survive.
17. Account deletion
You can delete your account yourself at Account → Delete account, with password confirmation. Deletion cancels any subscription immediately. We do not refund the remaining paid period unless the law requires. Deletion removes your brand kits, conversations, uploads and generated files.
We keep billing records as required by tax law (up to 10 years) and compliance audit records (consents, cancellations, deletions) for up to 3 years after the contract ends. Backups are purged within 30 days.
You can export your data as JSON at Account → Export my data before deleting your account.
18. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purpose, or that defects will be corrected.
AI outputs can be wrong. You are responsible for checking facts, claims, prices, statistics and legal, health or financial statements before you publish them. We are not a law firm, accountant, doctor or financial adviser.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity or data, or for loss caused by your use of outputs without the review required by section 13.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, these limitations apply only to the extent your mandatory consumer law allows, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including your 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory warranties.
20. Indemnity (business users only)
This section applies only if you use the Service for a business or professional purpose. You will indemnify [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, the outputs you publish, your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of law or third-party rights. Consumers are not subject to this section.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we give at least 30 days' notice in the app before the new version takes effect. The notice explains what changes and when. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the effective date, and your subscription ends at the end of the paid period. Where the law allows, if you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the new Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW — e.g. the laws of the State of Delaware / France], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts are [COMPETENT COURTS — CITY, COUNTRY], unless a mandatory rule gives you a different forum.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you can bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country. Nothing in this section deprives you of that protection.
Before starting proceedings, please contact us at support@feeverso.example so that we can try to resolve the issue.
