1. Purpose and scope
This policy explains what you may not do with Feeverso. It applies to every account, to all content you upload or enter, to your prompts, and to outputs you generate or publish. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking this policy is a breach of the Terms and can lead to suspension or termination.
Feeverso is a marketing tool. It is not a place for illegal, harmful or deceptive material, and it is not a way to avoid the rules of advertising platforms, model providers or the countries where you operate.
2. Our approach
We apply this policy to inputs (what you upload or ask for) and to outputs (what the Service generates). An output that breaks this policy is still a breach, even if a model produced it. You are responsible for what you ask for and for what you publish.
Where we find a serious violation, we may act immediately, without prior notice. We may also report illegal content to the competent authorities.
3. Illegal content
Do not use the Service to create, upload, store or distribute content that is illegal, or that promotes illegal activity. This includes content that violates sanctions, export control, terrorism, fraud, money laundering, privacy, consumer protection or intellectual property law. Do not use the Service to plan or carry out a crime.
If you become aware that content on your account is illegal, remove it and tell us at support@feeverso.example.
4. Child sexual abuse material: zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any sexual content involving minors. You must not generate, upload, request or distribute CSAM, sexualised images of minors, or content that sexualises or endangers children.
We remove such content immediately, terminate the account, preserve the relevant records and report the matter to law enforcement and the relevant child protection authorities.
5. Sexual content
Do not generate or upload pornographic or sexually explicit content. Do not create sexual content involving real people without their consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not use the Service for sexual services, or to sexualise minors in any way.
Never create or share intimate images of a real person without their explicit consent. This includes "deepfake" nudes and any edited image that places a person in a sexual context.
6. Hate and harassment
Do not create content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or another protected characteristic. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, dox or bully anyone. Do not create content intended to humiliate or silence a person or a group.
7. Violence and threats
Do not create content that threatens violence, encourages self-harm or suicide, or gives instructions for making weapons or harmful devices. Do not generate graphic violence or gore for marketing shock value. Do not use the Service to intimidate or coerce anyone.
8. Deceptive marketing
This is a marketing tool, so honesty matters most. Do not use it to deceive people. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake ratings or fake user comments, including AI-generated personas presented as real customers.
- False or unsubstantiated claims about a product, price, discount, availability, result, health benefit or safety.
- Fake urgency or scarcity, such as "only 2 left" or countdown timers that reset, when it is not true.
- Impersonation of a person, brand, public authority or another business, or content that suggests an endorsement you do not have.
- Deepfakes and synthetic media of real people without their consent, including their voice or likeness.
- Undisclosed AI-generated content where the law or platform rules require disclosure, such as EU AI Act transparency for deep fakes and platform AI labels.
- Astroturfing or coordinated inauthentic behaviour, including multiple accounts used to simulate support.
You must be able to prove every factual claim you publish. Keep evidence for claims about performance, comparisons and prices.
9. Regulated goods and services
Some products are heavily regulated. If you market alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, cannabis, gambling, weapons, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial products, crypto assets or similar, you must comply with all applicable law, licensing rules, age restrictions and advertising codes.
Do not use the Service to sell or promote illegal goods or services, prescription-only medicines outside a lawful supply chain, or financial schemes designed to mislead. Do not present outputs as personalised medical, legal or financial advice.
10. Spam and unwanted contact
Do not use the Service to create spam, phishing messages, chain letters or mass unsolicited messages. Do not collect addresses or personal data to build lists without a lawful basis, and do not send marketing that ignores opt-outs, consent rules (including GDPR, ePrivacy and CAN-SPAM) or platform policies.
11. Intellectual property
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, design, database or other rights. Do not use a third party's brand, logo, slogan, character or campaign in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without permission. Do not use the Service to produce counterfeit goods or pirate material.
We may remove content after a valid rights complaint and may suspend users who repeatedly infringe.
12. Privacy and personal data
Do not upload personal data of other people unless you have a lawful basis and the right to use it. Do not dox anyone, publish private contact details, or use the Service to profile or track people without consent. Do not upload special category data, such as health, biometric or political data, unless you are legally allowed to and have taken the required safeguards.
If you include a real person's image, voice or story in marketing, get their permission and keep a record of it.
13. Security and platform abuse
Do not:
- upload or distribute malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware or phishing kits;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, networks or data;
- scrape, crawl or harvest the Service or its outputs by automated means, or use bots to bypass rate limits;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, models or prompts, except where the law expressly allows it;
- circumvent credits, quotas, payment or access controls, including by exploiting bugs, tampering with requests or using multiple accounts;
- create multiple accounts to farm free trial credits or to evade a suspension;
- resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service as a stand-in for your own product, or share one account among many people to avoid paying;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission;
- interfere with the Service or impose an unreasonable load on it.
If you find a security issue, contact support@feeverso.example and give us a reasonable time to fix it before publishing details. Do not access other people's data to demonstrate the issue.
14. Model provider and platform rules
Text generation runs through OpenRouter, Inc. and the model providers it routes to. Image and video generation runs through Atlas Cloud. Their acceptable-use and content policies also apply to the requests we send. We may block a prompt or an output to comply with their rules or with the law.
Do not attempt to use the Service to break the rules of a model provider, including by rephrasing a prohibited request to evade a filter.
15. Enforcement
When we find a breach, we may, depending on severity:
- warn you and ask you to remove content;
- remove or block content or a prompt;
- limit features, credits or access;
- suspend the account temporarily;
- terminate the account.
For serious violations — especially CSAM, credible threats, malware or large-scale fraud — we may suspend or terminate immediately and report to law enforcement. We may also preserve and share records where the law requires.
If we terminate for breach, prepaid fees are not refunded unless the law requires. You can appeal by writing to support@feeverso.example; we will review the decision and reply.
16. Reporting a violation
Report content or behaviour that breaks this policy to support@feeverso.example. Include the account, a link or screenshot, and what you think is wrong. We review reports and keep the reporter's identity confidential where we can.
For copyright complaints, include the work, the infringing material and a statement that you are authorised to act.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect new law, new features or new risks. We give at least 30 days' notice in the app for material changes. The current version is always at /legal/acceptable-use, with the date at the top. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel before the change takes effect.
